Aligning Care to Fit: Eating Disorders and College Students

CE Hours 1

About this course

Transitioning from high school to college can be an exciting time marked by increased independence and self-discovery. However, young adults are also at increased risk for the development and worsening of eating disorders during that same time. Often, individuals can be hesitant to disclose their struggles and seek support, for fear that this will impact their collegiate experience. However, advancements in the field of eating disorder care have increased the options available to young adults to treat their eating disorder and get back on track with their college career.
