In this training, you will learn how to better support an individual in recovery from an eating disorder during the back-to-school transition which brings new environments, new routines and new challenges.

Learning Objectives

  • Name three considerations when identifying how to best support an individual in recovery during the back-to-school transition.
  • Support an individual in creating a relapse-prevention plan for back-to-school.
  • Recognize two signs that intervention is necessary to support an individual in their return to school.

  • Jenni Wolf, MS, RDN, LD, CD

    Jenni Wolf is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and has been specializing in the treatment of eating disorders since 2018. She is passionate about helping individuals rediscover joy and freedom around food and how to nourish their bodies. Jenni currently serves in the role of program dietitian for one of The Emily Program’s adult intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and holds an outpatient caseload. Jenni earned a bachelor’s degree in dietetics and life sciences communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed the coordinated clinical dietetic internship and master’s program at Illinois State University.

  • Kara Stultz, LPC, CPCS

    Kara is a licensed professional counselor and a Georgia-approved supervisor. She has been working with patients with eating disorders since 2018. She has experience across all levels of care, including inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient services. Kara is particularly interested in working with young adults, providing an empathetic space and assisting them in building a life worth living in recovery.

CE Process Info

Each professional is responsible for the individual requirements as stipulated by their licensing agency. Please contact your individual licensing board/regulatory agency to review continuing education requirements for licensure renewal. Please note: You must attend "live" (in real-time) to earn CE credits. No partial credits. 

Before the event, you will receive an email from CE-Go with access to the virtual event. After the event, you will receive access to your evaluation and continuing education certificate via a personalized "attendee dashboard" link, hosted on the CE-Go website. This link and access to the virtual event will be sent to the email account you used to register for the event.

  • Complete evaluation forms for the event
  • Download your continuing education certificate in a PDF format

Attendance Policy

All attendance will be monitored and recorded. Due to accreditation guidelines, continuing education credit will not be awarded to participants who do not attend a presentation in its entirety. Participants not meeting this time requirement will not be awarded continuing education (CE) credits. We recommend logging on to the webinar 10 minutes prior to the session start time to earn satisfactory attendance for CE credits. 


Evaluation of each session will also be required in order to obtain any continuing education (CE) certificates.
